In December 1987, the UN General Assembly decided to observe 26 June as the International Anti Drug Day as an expression of its determination to strengthen action and cooperation to achieve the goal of an international society free of drug abuse.
This year on World Anti Drug day, the school conducted a drama performance by class 6 students which aimed at raising the awareness about the negative impacts of Drug use in our society. The Kerala Excise department also participated in the campaign to enlighten the students on the reason for dedicating a day for Anti Drug awareness and the need to value our physical as well as spiritual wellness. A pledge was taken by all the students and teachers to say “no to drugs and say yes to life”.
