The main courses offered in Higher Secondary are Science Group and Commerce Group. Science group consist of the subject combination: Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics. Whereas, Commerce group consist of: Accountancy, Business studies, Economics and Computer Applications. For second language there is a choice of Malayalam or Hindi.

The Science group best suits the future Doctors, who wants to save lives, and future engineers, who wish to design and build the world around us. Many who choose science group are rewarded with multitude of career option that ranges from Engineering, Medical stream to Business related higher education opportunities. We can find students who have taken science group to be employed in wide varieties of profession which include Bank managers and as well as Government servants.
- Commerce Group (Course code: 39): “Commerce changes the fate and genius of nations.”, these words by Thomas Gray best summarize the importance of Commerce Group. For a fast-growing economy like India, we require talented Commerce disciples who can be groomed in to future GMs and CEOs. Moreover, for any aspiring student who wish to start a new venture of his/her own, commerce stream is best suited as it gives them an exposure into how the world of business work.
